Maintenance Operations Performance Management (MPAS)

Seabury’s MPAS is a highly configurable tool that enables the users to define measure and manage the cost and revenue activities associated with their aircraft maintenance functions. The tool is appropriate for both airlines and for third party service providers.

MPAS integrates an organizations general ledger, high level costing, with MRO system detail to model activity to predict forward looking costs based on pending maintenance plan, compare actual to standard costs and identify less efficient line operations for improvement opportunities.

MPAS is able to assign costs and revenue associated with the defined maintenance activities to individual aircraft tails and or engines as desired. Capturing detail at the lowest levels allows the users to roll that information to higher levels to create meaningful and actionable data. It also makes information comparable within and across different dimensions of the assets.

The insights gained from MPAS can help maintenance service providers ensure that services are being provided in accordance with the contractual scope and on a profitable basis.
