CEO, Seabury Solutions: Bijoy Mechery joined the Seabury in 2002 as a Managing Director as well as Chief Executive Officer of Seabury’s IT software consulting and development firm, Seabury Enterprise Solutions, LLC (SES). SES provides comprehensive IT consulting services to Seabury’s aviation and private equity clients including vendor selection, IT spend analysis and improvement and IT due diligence. SES has also developed a suite of proprietary, cross industry, decision support and analysis applications including what Seabury believes to be the most robust and comprehensive airline enterprise assessment software (Seabury’s Airline Performance Analysis System, or “APAS”).
Mr. Mechery has more than 40 years of extensive information technology experience. Prior to joining SES, Mr. Mechery was a Senior Manager with Cap Gemini Ernst & Young (CGEY) transportation practice where he was responsible for client relationships and delivery of technology projects for major clients, including a revenue accounting replacement project for Continental Airlines, MRO evaluation projects for Continental Airlines and American Airlines, and numerous SAP implementations for a variety of both airline and non-airline clients including the first use of SAP in an airline MRO operation. Prior to joining CGEY, Mr. Mechery was the Corporate Systems Development Manager for Ansett Australia Airlines (Ansett). While at Ansett, Mr. Mechery was responsible for the implementation of SAP across the organization. Additionally, he was responsible for various systems and development projects, including the development of a revenue accounting system, various maintenance and engineering systems and other corporate systems.
Prior to joining Ansett, Mr. Mechery worked with Lloyds of London as a Management Consultant and with the National Bank of Kuwait as Project Manager for developing a comprehensive Retail Banking software package.
Mr. Mechery holds a B.A. in English, History and Economics from the University of Calicut in India, a Post Graduate Diploma in Public Relations from the Public Relations Institute of India and a Post Graduate Diploma in Computing from the National Computing Centre in London.

With over 35 years of experience in the aviation industry , Leo has excelled in carrying out evaluation, design, execution and consulting activities in different sectors and projects of aircraft maintenance software businesses. Mr. Bianchi started his career with FAdeA as Engine Workshop Planner. He subsequently moved to Seabury Solutions as Project Manager with more than 12 projects in different countries. Responsibilities will include:
Preparing marketing campaigns
Conducting extensive research on competitors’ products
Digital Marketing – SEO, Google AdWords, social media
Website maintenance & blog posting
Maintaining relationships with the clients
Working in collaboration with external media agencies
Working with in-house design team on producing marketing material
Participating in exhibitions and conferences globally when required
Creating awareness of the products and services offered by the company
Ensuring the company meets business development KPIs
Supporting the Sales team with product demonstrations
Writing monthly reports on the performance of the campaigns
Assisting with producing case studies/white papers
Desired Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Sales, or a related field
